Semi Automatic BoxFilr

With the Semi Automatic BoxFilr you create a continuous filling process. Weigh cells ensure that the boxes are filled to the desired weight. 60-90 boxes per hour.

Modular box filler where you can keep buffering through a continuous filling process. Weigh cells ensure that boxes are filled to the desired weight. Up to 120 boxes per hour.

The Fully Automatic Street allows filling, turning and emptying at high capacity.

With the Semi Automatic BoxFilr you create a continuous filling process. Weigh cells ensure that the boxes are filled exactly to the desired weight. The twin hopper system ensures proper product distribution in the boxes, preventing a dumping cone. Your Boxes are perfectly filled, for optimal storage conditions. Thanks to Line Control, the BoxFilr communicates with the supply line. Once the bunker is full, the supply stops.

Modularly expandable with different modules from the M1 series, for increased efficiency and reduced forklift movements.

High Capacity

If you need continuous high capacity, the Semi Automatic BoxFilr is the solution. It allows you to utilize the VHM filling principle in a high-capacity filling process with a low number of forklift movements. It is fixed and mobile, allowing you to use it within different processes throughout the seasons. In combination with the VHM BigbagBin, you can also fill big bags.
